Chuck's Faves - Bermuda

Sue took some great photos in Bermuda and she'll be uploading them pretty soon. But I just wanted to take a moment to share some of my favorites - of her. She is the photographer - and that means I have no idea how to work her camera. I just switch it to "Automatic" and take my photo.

In the past, Sue has gotten on me because I can never seem to take a good photo of her. In fact, I captured the strangest - most bored expression on her face in Bermuda a few years back. I know she had a good time - yet her face told another story - at least for a quick moment.

So - to make up for it - here's a photo I took of her in Atlantic City the day before we left for our cruise.

Of course, I still got to have some fun. Each year that we've gone to Bermuda, it has been our pleasure to meet the Town Crier. One of the activities he leads is the "Ducking ceremony" in which he dunks one of the town's notable gossips into St. George's Harbor. This is a re-enactment of a punishment they actually used in Bermuda's early days. The offender is given a sign to wear which indicates their crime. I simply asked the Crier if I could get a photo of Sue and him together. The sign was his idea!
