We lost Punkin today! Our 18-year old girl went to be with Sue's Dad! We will miss her terribly! Our hearts are broken! There will never be another like her. She was the best dog!
This little dog brought us so much joy, comforted us when we needed it, and let her little world revolve around us. During her lifetime, she visited 13 states, had her feet in the Mississippi River, and discovered the joy of digging up sand crabs on the beaches of North Carolina.
She was the light of our life. She was the reason Sue's Dad came home right from work each evening - to let her out. Now, Punkin is in Heaven with Sue's Dad and they are catching up on lots of old times. St. Francis, please take care of our baby. We miss her so much!
